We only accept returns of unopened products within 14 days.
If your goods arrive damaged, faulty, incomplete or if you receive the wrong order, we will replace or refund your order and arrange for return posting, should you wish to send products back to us, at no additional cost.
Please note the above option will be carried out provided that you tell us within 7 working days after the day on which you received the products.
Photographic evidence will be required for any refund where the product is deemed faulty or damaged, or where the wrong order has been received.
